Проект: Raffles, UK
Raffles is a residential development in Hendon, North London. Stuff International Design Ltd was commissioned to design the addition of six flats on the roof of this sixties building.
The aim was to set these flats back from the edge, so that the extension would not dominate the building, give the flats attractive outdoor space and so facilitate obtaining planning approval.
These plans are now currently with the planning authorities and if granted will significantly enhance the appearance and value of the building.
