Situated in the city of Chelyabinsk in the Ural Region of Russia, 'Ring' is a 35,000 square metre retail centre which will be opening September 2008. Stuff ID was appointed to create, develop and execute the new brand throughout the development including name generation, creation of identity and directional signage with wayfinding. In addition, our architectural team generated and developed both the interior and exterior (environmental) design of the development ensuring both commercial success and uniqueness of the centre.
«Planet Summer» will be the first large retail-entertainment centre in the city of the Komi Republic's capital – Syktyvkar, with a square metreage of over 100.000 sq.m. Opening in Spring 2009, the centre comprises of retail galleries and a vast range of entertainment offers including a cinema multiplex. Stuff ID is fully responsible for the architecture and enviromental design, concept development of the interior elements and creation of all the brand components (naming, logo, navigational signage). We have successfully achieved the brief of developing and creating an exceptional 'only one of it's kind' retail centre which will attract an array of consumers to benefit from the whole spectrum of its facilities.
‘AQUAMALL’ SHOPPING CENTRE, RUSSIA
'Aquamall' is a new retail centre which is to be located on the bank of Sviyaga river in central Russia. The team at Stuff ID is responsible for the complete architectural organization and design of this exciting metre development and the branding of the centre. Incorporating the water element into the entire design process, this retail centre will be iconic to its city and the region. This will be completed in early 2009.
‘CUBA’ SHOPPING CENTRE, RUSSIA
'CUBa' is an exisiting structure which required a complete internal and external refurbishment. The creative team at Stuff ID was responsible for the unique creation of a new brand identity and its application. Stuff ID produced the logo, main building sign & application and the directional signage package for this exclusive project based in central Russia. This boutique retail centre aims to attract the higher end of the market which is successfully reflected throughout all the design elements from the outside in.
WHITELEYS SHOPPING CENTRE, LONDON, UK
Built in 1867, Whiteleys is the first ever department store in the UK, situated in west London. This impressive structure is experiencing a major refurbishment including a complete re-brand both in the exterior and interior of the building, in which Stuff ID is taking an active, creative part. This will be completed by Spring 2008 and has already generated great interest and anticipation throughout the UK market.
«CITY MALL» SHOPPING CENTRE, ROMANIA
A major construction and refurbishment project in the central city of Bucharest, Romania, Stuff ID was appointed to execute the entire environmental and signage design of the brand both externally and internally. This unique retail centre has three key elements including a 11 storey car park with retail, an award winning bridge structure and the main retail shopping centre with entertainment. This will be successfully completed by Spring 2008.
