We re-branded the company and positioned the organisation away from a simple chemical manufacturer, into a company that is about helping everyone in the distribution chain to do ‘good job’ for their customer. We then designed every product in-line with the new brand position. They are currently Egypt’s number one paint manufacturer, seeing a big increase in their market share as a result.
