Over a five year period, we were central to developing the brand, through simplifying product brands across all countries. We developed the retail strategy, created guidelines and new product development, which all stemmed from the brand position.
The result was a significant saving (millions of £’s) on rationalising packaging and ensured they held the market share in a declining market. We built Dyrup’s brand awareness and created unique product ideas that became best-sellers.
